Northwest Youth Ministries (NWYM) is ministry to students, pastors and leaders associated with Baptist Network Northwest (BNN). NWYM is widely known for sponsoring the annual Teen Leadership Conference where churches meet together from all over the Pacific Northwest.
Teen Leadership Conference (TLC) is the highlight of the year for high school students and leaders. Dates for this "Winter Camp" are scheduled between Christmas and New Year’s each year. The location for TLC is Washington Family Ranch in Antelope, Oregon. Promo and registration info will be available for TLC under the "EVENTS" tab by August 15th.
REFUEL: Youth Pastors, Youth Pastors & Wives Retreat is a two night retreat, scheduled the end of February/first part of March (Monday-Wednesday) each year. This is special time for those serving in youth ministry, including key leaders, to reconnect, plan NWYM events and pray for one another! Specific information on the REFUEL Retreat can be accessed under the "Events" tab, once the location and dates are confirmed.
As NWYM's Youth and Ministries Consultant, Pete Steele is available to assist youth pastors, pastors and churches in the areas of evangelism, discipleship, and leadership training. In addition, when there is a need, pastoral restoration, church conflict resolution and biblical counseling. Pete's desire is to help strengthen, encourage and equip pastors and churches of the Northwest.
